The Zornarita by Shotman

10 oz of Patron / 1800 / other good anejo tequila

5 oz Gran Marnier

5 oz Cointreau

1 can limeade

24 oz water

1 fresh squeezed orange

1 tsp sugar


a normal Margarita has 3 oz of liquor in it, so this recipe makes approx 7 Zornaritas.

if you wish to store this for a day or two you SHOULD NOT mix the citrus with the alcohol.  for whatever reason, excess time in the alcohol seems to put the citrus off.
