Best to do this in the winter so you can set your trays outside to freeze the butter balls
1 lb Powdered Sugar
3 Cups Rice Crispies
1 stick Butter
18 oz Jiffy smooth Peanut Butter
2 lbs Nestle Dark Chocolate morsel chips
1 – Melt Butter
2 – Mix Butter and Peanut Butter
3 – Add Sugar to Butter mix
4 – Roll into balls and freeze
5 – Melt ½ Dark Chocolate in double boiler, add more as needed
6 – Dunk frozen butter balls into Chocolate
7 – Freeze balls again
8 – Serve and enjoy
Another possibility is mincing up some Hazel or Walnut or something and adding that
